What You’ll Do:

Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Communicate with customers and vendors through various channels.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.

Ensure customer satisfaction and provide exceptional customer support.




Requirements:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.

Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

Ability to meet required goals and quotas.

Positive and service-oriented attitude.


Salary: $16.80 /hour with tips and bonuses Based on Performance and Experience.
